the d-plan is no more. but, they live in the hearts and once-dancing feet of many. they opened for the alkaline trio at the very first concert i ever attended. i couldn't get over how animated their singer was- and after the show, the animation tranferred to sound made us laugh. the ice of boston is such a feel-good song. but, that night the strangest thing happened - someone was threatening to jump off of a bridge on the interstate. backed up traffic for MILES. people were getting out of their cars, shouting at the poor guy "just do it, we want to go home !"

anyway. the d-plan will be missed.
